Prices

Goods will be supplied at the price shown. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Stock Availability

All items are in stock unless shown to be otherwise.

Conformity of Goods

Descriptions of products are as accurate as possible, however, all items are hand-made and there may be some variation in pattern, colour or size.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit or debit card – all major cards are accepted. Payment is accepted in Sterling only. We are unable to accept cheques or cash payments.

Delivery

Orders will be despatched within two working days from receipt of order. Our delivery charges are as follows:-

For orders up to and including £50.00	-	£2.75
Orders over £50.00	-	Free

Delivery for parcels up to 2kg will be by first-class post. Parcels over 2kg will be sent by parcel post.

Delivery is to UK mainland only.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time up to the point of despatch.

Returns

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy, please return the goods to us at your expense within fourteen days in original, unused condition and in the original packaging. (We strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting). A full refund will be issued within seven days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in good, resalable condition.
